In this pilot project we join together as a Foundation and an airline to strengthen education and inclusion through training for employment. Viva Sin Limites bets on transforming the lives of young people from all over the country who have always dreamed of being cabin crew and who, due to economic and social conditions, had not had the opportunity.
We developed a rigorous selection process to send young people from Medellín, Cartagena, Cali and Chocó to the Indo-American Aviation Academy in Bogotá to prepare intensively to become Flight Attendants.This project began with more than 50 applicants and 22 selected students, of which 17 of them successfully completed their training process and are now preparing to be hired by Viva and proudly wear the yellow uniform as Cabin Crew.
